How does our Free shipping policy work?
We offer Free shipping over $100 (less discounts and promotions), within Canada (except Yukon, Nunavut and N.W Territories) and USA (except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii ) with Canada Post.

Expedited (4 to 6 days) - $16.95** CAD
Express (1 to 2 days) - $30.95** CAD

Expedited (5 to 8 days) - $27.95** CAD

Note: All shipping timeframes are calculated from the time your item is available to be shipped. Please consult item availability and Estimated Ship Date calculation in your cart to determine when your order is likely to be shipped.

How quickly will my order be shipped to me?
All orders will be shipped usually same day (orders recieved before 3pm ET) otherwise it get shipped next business day, unless otherwise specified.

Can I receive a package to a different address then my billing address?
Yes, this process is during the check out part of your transactions.

Once my order is shipped, when should I expect to receive my order?
Delivery times below are calculated in business days and do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery times are approximate and are never guaranteed. Weather delays are always possible. If you have a time sensitive order and need "day definite" guaranteed service, please upgrade to Expedited or Express shipping method.
